Mustang Towers Amenity Access and Important Information:

•  Large, shared pool & hot tub, pool hours 9 am to 10 pm. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 ft. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep.
• Shared propane grill located by the pool & charcoal grills located on the right side of the building (please bring charcoal)
• Coffee Bar
• Ping Pong table
• Boardwalk to the beach
• Fish cleaning hut
• Boat Parking (first come, first serve basis in the back of the parking lot)
• Rinse station at the beginning of the boardwalk & inside the pool area.
• All units have a private balcony w/a beach view.

• Minimum age to rent is 25, ID Required
• There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m.
